Salesforce Expert (m/f/d)
WHAT WE NEED
- Sophisticated knowledge of the Salesforce platform and its core products
- Experience in configuration of Salesforce products
- Someone knowing her or his tools of the trade
- Someone who can fluently talk to the team and customers
- Someone who speaks fluent German and English
- Someone who owns at least 2 certifications in the following fields:
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce Certified Pardot Specialist
- (other certifications highly welcome!)

- Support in research for potential customers
- Qualification of potential leads
- Talking to customers and partners
- Active further development of customer sales
- Development of market and customer analyzes
WHAT WE NEED
- Quick comprehension of our products and services
- Basic technical understanding of SaaS solutions
- The talent to communicate freely, openly and professionally with customers and always have the right answer
- First points of contact with CRM and SaaS systems
- Very good knowledge of German, spoken and written (at least C1)
- A reliable and stress-resistant way of working
- Enrolment for a commercial, marketing or IT-oriented degree
- First relevant practical experience through student traineeships, internships or a completed apprenticeship
